The ideal time to come in for a lash touch up is within 2-3 weeks from your last appointment.
Please have 25 eyelash extensions per eye for your touch up appointment.
If not, it will be considered a new full set with full set pricing.
A new full set is required after more than 4 weeks out from your last lash extension appointment.

for a fuller look if you have more lashes than
the average person. This add-on service is only
available with a booked lash touch up
appointment or a full set appointment.
New guests are welcome to book a lash touch up appointment that were not previously done by us. Please have at least 20 lash extensions per eye still intact. During your lash consultation, if your lashes are in any of the conditions listed below, your lash extensions may need to be removed and a full set will be applied. You will be charged a full set price if this is the case.

Returning clients who received a lash touch up from another salon will be considered a “new client” touch up.
Eyelash Extension Removal (30 minutes) $20.00 Remove overgrown lashes and lashes that cannot be thoroughly cleansed. Do not attempt to personally remove your lash extensions as this may lead to pulling out your natural lashes and can cause permanent damage.
Changing your Appointment: 12 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.
Refund Policy: No refund for any service provided.

How long will your eyelash extensions last?
The average time on how long eyelash extensions last is 2 to 3 weeks. Some clients have gone 4 weeks with great retention. This all depends on your aftercare after your lash appointment. See below for some dos and don’ts to get the longest lasting eyelash extensions for your beauty investment.
Do
Wash your lashes with a lash cleanser everyday to take off oil and makeup build up.
Sweat from working out, salt from the sea, oil from your skin will start to loosen your lash bond.
Use a small fluffy makeup brush with your lash cleanser to help clean and get to the root of your lashes.
Use a mascara wand to brush through your eyelash extensions to get them back into shape when wet or dry.
Try to sleep on your back to avoid disrupting your eyelash extensions during sleep.
Naturally, you have less lashes on the side that you normally sleep on.
Arrive on time for your next eyelash extension appointment to get the best lashes out of your time there.
Listen to your lash artist on their advice regarding your lash health. We want to give you lashes but we cannot if your natural lashes are no longer healthy.
Do Not
Do not wear mascara since it will close up your fluffy lash fans and create build up that will be hard to fully clean off.
Avoid wearing waterproof makeup such as eyeliner and mascara.
Try using a non-waterproof eyeliner with an easy applicator to apply the makeup so it does not touch or disturb your eyelash extensions.
(if you must wear eyeliner)
Do not pull at your eyelash extensions as it may pull out your natural eyelashes.
This may cause follicle damage and your natural lashes may never grow back.
Get your lash extensions removed by a professional for the safest removal.
Avoid heat from smoking, cooking and other heat sources.
The eyelash extensions are made from a plastic fiber that will “melt” when exposed to heat.
